Lead the design and delivery of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure architectures for enterprise and federal clients. You will own the technical vision for complex migration engagements, mentor junior architects, and contribute to the evolution of our reference architecture library. This role requires deep expertise in OCI networking, compute, and database services, along with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable, secure cloud solutions.
Join our managed services team as an Oracle DBA responsible for the day-to-day performance, availability, and security of client Oracle Database environments running on OCI. You will manage patching, backups, Data Guard configurations, and performance tuning across a portfolio of enterprise and federal clients. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest Oracle technologies, including Autonomous Database and Exadata Cloud Service.
Drive revenue growth within the federal government market by identifying, qualifying, and closing Oracle Cloud Infrastructure consulting engagements with civilian and defense agencies. You will work closely with our VP of Federal Programs and our solutions architecture team to develop account strategies, respond to RFPs and RFIs, and build long-term relationships with agency technology leaders. This role is ideal for a seasoned federal IT sales professional who understands Oracle technologies and government procurement.
Build and maintain the CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code templates, and automation tooling that power every Tharseo IT deployment. You will work on our proprietary migration automation framework, develop Terraform modules for OCI resource provisioning, and implement security and compliance checks directly into deployment pipelines. This is a fully remote role with the opportunity to shape the engineering practices of a rapidly growing Oracle Cloud consulting firm.
Manage the end-to-end delivery of Oracle Cloud migration and managed services engagements for enterprise and federal clients. You will be responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk management, client communications, and ensuring that every engagement is delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, experience managing technical teams, and the ability to navigate the unique requirements of government contracting.
Support the Tharseo IT sales team by conducting technical discovery sessions, producing migration assessments, and designing solution architectures for prospective clients. As a Solutions Consultant, you will serve as the technical bridge between our sales organization and our engineering delivery teams, ensuring that every proposal is grounded in a realistic and well-architected technical plan. This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for conversion to full-time.
